Zhen Zhong CPA Tax document upload

Privacy policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

Zhen Zhong CPA runs this portal (portal.zhenzhong.us) so that our clients can send us their tax documents. This page explains what the portal collects, what we do with it, and who handles it for us.

What we collect

How we use it

To prepare your tax returns and provide our accounting services, to sign you in, and to contact you about your documents. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We use these service providers, only for the purposes above:

Everything else, including turning your scanned pages into text, runs on our own computers. We also share information when the law requires it, and with tax authorities when we file your return.

How long we keep it

The portal deletes the uploaded files on its own server, and its working copies of them, after 30 days. The copies in our Google Drive and the documents we use for your return are part of your client file, which we keep as professional rules and the law require.

How we protect it

The portal works only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and you sign in with a one-time code or with Google. What you upload is seen only by our staff and handled only by the service providers above, for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, except records the law requires us to keep. Contact your preparer at Zhen Zhong CPA.
